• IFSC-related registrations and related documentation support

We act only as a facilitator and consultant. We do not guarantee approval of any application by any government authority. Final approval depends solely on the concerned government department/portals and the accuracy of information/documents provided by you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use our website or services. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Account and Information

• You may be required to provide accurate and complete information (name, email, phone, business details, GSTIN, PAN, documents, etc.) to avail our services.

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information and documents you submit.

• We are not liable for any delay, rejection, or penalty caused due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by you.

4. Fees and Payment

• All fees quoted are exclusive of GST (unless mentioned otherwise).

• Payment must be made in advance or as per the mutually agreed payment schedule.

• Fees are non-refundable except in cases explicitly mentioned in our service agreement or as required under applicable law.

• We reserve the right to change our fee structure at any time. Any changes will not affect already confirmed services.

5. Intellectual Property
